If you are sending your samples for testing from outside United States, please make sure you have selected the correct region on our website. Some tests are not available for international customers.
After placing your order, you will see a button to download the international invoice for US Customs purposes. You need to download it and send it together with samples.
Please send ONLY cotton swabs after being thoroughly swabbed over the bird’s cloacal area and in separate zip bags. Send at least 3 swabs per bird. Make sure you identify each bag with bird ID.
