IQ Bird Testing is independently accredited for sex and disease testing and the test methods we use will, in the great majority of cases, accurately detect the bird gender and the presence or absence of diseases in the submitted samples. Every reasonable care is taken to ensure that the reports are accurate. However, results relate only to the sample as received by us and, although IQ Bird Testing warrants that its tests will meet their applicable declared specifications, we make no other warranty, expressed or implied and accept no responsibility or liability in respect of false results which are within the limits of the declared specifications of the tests offered. Reports with the results are issued free of any alterations or additions. IQ Bird Testing does not accept any liability for any alteration of documents sent via any electronic transmission media. In no event will IQ Bird Testing be liable for damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of IQ Bird Testing’s testing results and/or because of a delay in IQ Bird Testing providing test results, or the test results or claims attributable to errors, omissions or other inaccuracies in the interpretations thereof. The maximum monetary amount that IQ Bird Testing would be liable for is reimbursement for the cost of the test and testing services received by customer.
